Fiscal policy over the period 1998 - 2000

- The diagnosis of the state of the economy, with an emphasis upon the period 1998-2000;
- The lack of neutrality of legislation and of the Ministry of the Finance towards the economic actors on the market;
- The reform of the direct taxes in regards with stimulating the work, exports and the investments;
- Avoiding the dissolution of the state and the declaration of the coutry in debt default;
- The local budgets reform;
- The impact of the fiscal policy upon the economic agents and the state consolidated budget;
